Almont location Bestmaze II    This maze was designed by Bestmaze of Williamston...but not owned or run by Bestmaze.  This year is the first year of Bestmaze II.  While maze design quality is the same as Bestmaze; it is smaller than Bestmaze; but still bigger than most in the Almont area.  Bestmaze II will rank higher and soon become a favorite maze of the Detroit Area.   The parking lot at Bestmaze II will be iffy after heavy rains ....check here after heavy rains for parking lot conditions. Bestmaze II should have this as a good all weather lot next year.  (Bestmaze in Williamston has a very good parking lot)    Maze theme is similar to a previous 2005 maze in Williamston with a knight and dragon in front of a castle.   If you have a Bestmaze II flyer the photo you see is not actual photo...but from Williamston's larger maze years ago.  Click on the 2005 photo to see what this maze is like.  Only the knight and dragon will be exactly same as Williamston's maze of 2005.

Directions from Flint:   take I-69 east to M-53 (Imlay City) then go south 8 miles to Almont.  From downtown Almont (at light) go right (west) on General Squire 1 1/2 miles.   Maze is half way between Shoemaker & Sand Hill on south side of road.

Directions from Detroit, Warren, & Sterling Heights:  North on Van Dyke/M -53 through Romeo (32 mile Rd).   In Almont at light go 1 1/2 miles west on General Squire.  Maze is between Shoemaker & Sand Hill on south side of road.
